ICE CREAM IN JANUARY!?!

Despite the freezing temperatures outside, we recently joined our hearty Daughters of Charity for an ice cream social. It was tough to decide between chocolate, vanilla and coffee flavors. And how could one determine which topping would be best among the selection of chocolate and caramel syrups, crushed nuts, chocolate chips, cherries, sprinkles and whipped cream. Well. . . the Sisters had no problem deciding and many delicious concoctions were created, eaten and enjoyed! We Ladies had a wonderful time as well reconnecting with our friends. We look forward to more fun times in the new year.
